About Cody Fenton-Robertson

Cody has been an associate attorney at Bean Law Group since 2016.  He represents clients in disputes with current or former employers, including in issues regarding unlawful discrimination and retaliation.  While at Bean Law Group, Cody has represented clients in litigation against some of the most dominant employers in the region, including The Boeing Company, Microsoft, Amazon, and the State of Washington.

Prior to joining Bean Law Group, Cody helped found a “low bono” practice helping low income clients with various civil legal needs, including applying for SSD/SSI benefits.  Cody is passionate about public interest work, and spent his summers during law school working with Solid Ground’s Family Assistance Program and Seattle Community Law Center’s Disabled Homeless Advocacy Project.  During law school he also work with the Northwest Innocence Project (a legal clinic at the UW law school).

Cody is a regular volunteer at the Housing Justice Project where he helps tenants facing eviction.

In his free time, Cody enjoys exploring the region’s craft beer scene.  He is also a cinephile (having worked for the Seattle International Film Festival for four years in a previous life), and an avid Seahawks fan.
